After supplementing the relevant analysis and test verification, the application
can be promoted on the new unit.
The participating experts inspected the production and test site, inspected the bearing components after the test, listened carefully to the development summary report, the tribological composite material characteristics research report, the tribology research report and the evaluation report of Austrian ANDRITZ (AAG) company, and reviewed the design, manufacturing, inspection, test and other relevant documents and records
of thrust bearings.
Experts at the meeting believed that the new composite thrust bearing with independent intellectual property rights of PPESK resin matrix composite material developed by Harbin Electric Equipment has advanced design method, reasonable structure, excellent manufacturing process and material selection, and performance indicators that meet the technical requirements of all working conditions such as non-top oil inert shutdown (SBO working condition) specified in technical conditions
。 The full-size thrust bearing has undergone 375 hours of full-flow operation test and 53 start-stop tests (including 2 stops without top oil), and the results meet the requirements of technical specifications and test outline; The thrust pad material was subjected to a 2184-hour high-temperature oil immersion test, and the material performance was stable; At the same time, the thrust bearing of the 300MW nuclear power main pump manufactured by the same material and process completed 2012 hours of high-load operation and 206 topless oil start-stop tests on the bearing test bench, and the performance indicators met the technical requirements
