According to the content of the EIA consultation draft, the project is located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Dancheng County, Zhoukou City, covering an area of 99.
47 mu (66,312 square meters), with a total investment of 300 million yuan and a construction period of 18 months
.
The project will set up a PBAT device with an annual output of 60,000 tons of fully biodegradable plastics and a production line of biodegradable plastics and their products, including PBAT production workshop, BDO recycling workshop, product workshop, storage tank area, heat medium station, raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, Laboratory, central control room and supporting public works and environmental protection works,
etc.
After the project is completed, 40,000 tons of fully biodegradable modified materials will be sold annually, of which 10,000 tons will be made into biodegradable products (packaging bags), and 30,000 tons of biodegradable modified materials will actually be sold
.
The project mainly uses PTA, AA, BDO as raw materials, produces PBAT through esterification, polycondensation and other reactions, and uses PBAT, PLA, starch, etc.
