is under construction in Suzhou Fenhu (Jiangsu Kanghui New Material Technology Co.

This series of products adopts the starch plasticization technology independently developed by Hengli Petrochemical, which can turn ordinary starch into thermoplastic starch, so that it has more than 25% bio-based content and excellent mechanical properties, mainly used in degradable packaging bags such as express bags, vest bags, garbage bags, etc
.
In addition, the modified inorganic powder series is modified by PBAT, PLA and inorganic mineral powder
blending.
This series of products enhances the compatibility of MD (inorganic powder), PBAT and PLA through the dispersion treatment of inorganic mineral powder, and improves the tensile strength and heat sealing performance
of the material.
The product is white and slightly transparent after filming, with extremely high tensile strength and heat sealing strength, mainly used in degradable packaging bags, biodegradable tape, biodegradable meltblown materials, 3D printing consumables and other fields, with a wide
range of applications.
Kanghui New Material has an annual production capacity of 33,000 tons of PBAT at the Yingkou base, and successfully started up and produced qualified products
in November 2021.
In addition, in addition, there are 450,000 tons/year of degradable plastics (flexible production line can produce PBS/PBAT/PBT and other products) project on Changxing Island, Dalian, which has completed the preliminary infrastructure construction and is being debugged
according to the production line.
Hengli Petrochemical reported in 2022 that it could be put into production
in the third quarter of this year.
