Hengyi Petrochemical announced that the company's shareholding subsidiary, Zhejiang Yisheng New Materials .

According to reports, Yisheng New Materials, the main investor of the project, is jointly held by Hengyi Petrochemical and Ningbo Zhongjin Petrochemical, with each holding 50% of the shar.

The announcement shows that the construction site of the project is the Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, with a planned area of about 366 mu, and 2 sets of PTA production units will be constructed to form an annual output of 6 million tons of P.
