Hengyi Petrochemical announced that the company has recently received a notice that the "500,000-ton per year differential functional fiber upgrading and transformation project" built by the company's subsidiary Jiaxing Yipeng Chemical Fiber Co.

And it was officially put into operation, with a total of 500,000 tons/year of differentiated functional high-quality FDY.
According to this, Jiaxing Yipeng has a total annual output of 750,000 tons of differentiated functional high-quality FDY production and operation capacity

The project utilizes the existing land in Yipeng, Jiaxing, invests in new polyester plant and FDY spinning equipment, and upgrades some of the original polymerization and spinning equipment.
It adopts flexible polymerization technology, polyester melt direct spinning technology and advanced technology.
intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment to achieve the optimization and upgrading of production process and product quality
