Aiming at the problems of multiple layers, large spans, severe heterogeneity in offshore oil reservoirs, large oil well lifting hydraulic pressure differences, and increased sand production, researchers have developed immovable pipe string extrusion and cyclic packing conversion, real-time large displacement and rapid backwashing Key mechanisms such as precise positioning and high-efficiency composite sealing of wells and downholes have formed a casing string dragging layered sand control process string; developed a multi-layer coated sand-mixed fiber consolidation system, and seawater online mixing to change adhesion and sand carrying The liquid system and the bimodal erosion-resistant long-term sand control screen form the high-strength, high-permeability and long-term sand control technology in the layer.
Up to now, the results of the research project have been applied 67 well times on site, with an average single well daily increase of 45.
