      On the basis of in-depth investigation, Zhang Liwen suggested that Inner Mongolia should optimize coal mining layout, realize clean coal production and intelligent and efficient mining, prohibit new lignite mining projects in eastern Inner Mongolia; speed up the elimination of small thermal power units below 300,000 kilowatts, and increase Large-capacity, high-parameter, and low-polluting coal power generating units account for the proportion of coal power installed capacity; support Inner Mongolia to focus on the implementation of major clean energy replacement projects such as wind power, photovoltaics, and biomass, and increase the proportion of clean energy in the energy structure; support the coal chemical industry chain Extend projects, increase added value, etc.


      As a traditional heavy industrial city, Baotou has issued a new blue ocean that embraces the modern energy economy and promotes high-quality development, becoming a pioneer in Inner Mongolia's “dual-carbon goal” action.

      The Baotou City Government has formulated the "Implementation Plan on Promoting Carbon Achievement and Carbon Neutralization and Accelerating the Construction of Green Low-Carbon Cities", and relevant departments have initially formed 10 three-year action plans around key areas.
    A few days ago, Baotou City focused on modern energy, recycling economy, new infrastructure, new materials and other industrial fields, with a total agreed investment of 159.
