Hualu Hengsheng nylon 6 device reached production

A few days ago, Hualu Hengsheng 200,000 tons/year nylon 6 unit reached the standard production, marking the completion
of Hualu Hengsheng amide and nylon new material project.

This project is the first project
in the field of nylon new materials laid out by Hualu Hengsheng.
The project uses benzene and hydrogen as raw materials, adopts advanced technology to build cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone, caprolactam, nylon 6 plants, supporting the construction of hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid plants
.
The 300,000 tons/year caprolactam plant was commissioned
in October 2021.
The nylon 6 plant has four production lines, of which the No.
1 production line produces film-grade chips, the No.
2 production line produces engineering plastic grade chips, and the No.
3 and No.
4 production lines produce spinning-grade chips
.
The products will be available in a variety of packaging formats to meet the differentiated needs
of customers.
