ICP DAS, an industrial computer manufacturer, announced on November 4 that the Biomedical New Business Division established last year specializes in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) materials for medical u.

ICP DAS established a new biomedical business division in June last year, and the new biomedical polymer material factory (the second factory of ICP DAS) was put into operati.

ICP DAS has invested about 400 million yu.

According to the market survey report, the annual consumption of TPU in the world is 500,000 tons, and TPU materials for medical use account for about 2%, and about 10,000 tons a ye.
