    (1) Determination of sample size

According to the "Technical Specification for Identification of Hazardous Wastes" (HJ/T298-2007), when solid wastes are stored in a historical state, the total amount of solid wastes stored should be used as the basis for determination in accordance with Table 10-19 and Table 10-20 The minimum number of copies to be collected.

Table 10-19 Minimum number of increments for solid waste sampling

Table 10-20 Waste Volume and Number of Samples at Dumping Point

    (2) Sample collection

    1.

The sampling work for this hazardous waste identification is basically synchronized with the on-site cleaning and transportation work.

    2.

    (1) While collecting samples, record the source, properties, environment, serial number, amount of duplicate samples, number of duplicate samples, sampling point, sampling date, sampling personnel and sampling method basis of waste samples

    (2) Each sample is labeled, and the label number is point number + sample number + position, such as WS-1, which means the first sample at the pour point

    3.

In order to ensure the validity, accuracy and representativeness of the samples, sampling should be carried out in strict accordance with the "Technical Specifications for Sampling and Preparation of Industrial Solid Wastes" (HJ/T20-98), and the collected samples should be in accordance with the requirements of the analysis method of each test item Save and pre-process the sample in accordance with the requirements of the analysis method in GB5085

    4.

The collected samples were immediately refrigerated from light and transported to the laboratory for analysis in time

    (3) Detection method

According to the "Technical Specification for Identification of Hazardous Wastes" (HJ/T298-2007) and "Corrosive Identification of Hazardous Wastes Identification Standards" (GB5085.

Table 10-21 Sample sampling volume and detection method

    6.

    (1) Corrosion identification standards

According to the relevant provisions of the "Identification Standard for Hazardous Wastes and Corrosive Identification" (GB5085.
1-2007), solid wastes that meet one of the following conditions are classified as hazardous wastes
    .

    (1) The leachate prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB/T15555.
    12-1995, pH ≥ 12.
    5, or pH ≤ 2.
    0;

    (2) At 55°C, the corrosion rate of No.
    20 steel specified in GB/T699 is ≥6.
    33mm/a
    .

    (2) Identification standards for hazardous waste

According to the "Technical Specification for Identification of Hazardous Wastes" (HJ/T298-2007), after testing solid waste samples, if the test results exceed the corresponding standard limit in GB5085, the number of copies is greater than or equal to the excess sample in the following table The lower limit of the number can be judged that the solid waste has this kind of hazardous characteristics
    .
If the number of solid waste samples taken is inconsistent with the number of incremental samples in Table 10-22, the result shall be determined according to the smaller number of incremental samples in Table 10-22 that is closest to the actual number of incremental samples
    .

Table 10-22 Analysis result judgment plan

    (3) Analysis of test results

A total of 100 samples were collected for the identification of hazardous wastes for corrosive identification.
The specific test results statistics are shown in Table 10-23
    .
The monitoring results showed that among the 100 samples, 97 samples had a pH≤2, that is, 97 samples were corrosive
    .
According to the hazardous waste identification standards, the lower limit of the number of excess samples for 100 samples is 22
    .
Therefore, it can be determined that the solid waste is hazardous waste
