The newly revised "Regulations" have made major adjustments to the relevant regulations on the production, operation and use of pesticides

The new regulations stipulate that for the new business license for pesticide business, operators can only purchase from the enterprises that have obtained the license, and users can only purchase pesticides from the operators that have obtained the business license
.
The sale and use of expired pesticides is not allowed, and those that have exceeded the pesticide quality guarantee period shall be treated as inferior pesticides
.
Prohibited pesticides, pesticides produced or imported without obtaining a pesticide registration certificate in accordance with the law, and pesticides without a label shall be treated as fake pesticides
.
Pesticide operators must sell sanitary pesticides in separate counters, and other pesticide business sites must not deal in food, edible agricultural products, feed, and many other detailed regulations
.
It is worth mentioning that starting from this month, illegal personnel who have not obtained a license to produce or operate pesticides, or whose registration certificates and licenses have been revoked, have violated the law, except for the confiscated illegal income, illegal production and operation products, and use in illegal activities.
Production and operation tools, equipment, and raw materials are heavily fined.
While receiving orders for rectification within a time limit, the industry ban system will be implemented in serious cases.
Within 10 years, the parties may not engage in pesticide production and business activities again.
Once there are pesticide production enterprises, If a pesticide operator recruits such personnel, the pesticide production license and pesticide business license shall also be revoked
