In 2017, the Civil Aviation Authority will advance the revision of the
Civil Aviation Law.
News on January 22, the Civil Aviation Administration of China deliberated and approved the 2017 Civil Aviation Administration Annual Legislative Plan and other legislative work arrangements, and made comprehensive arrangements
for industry legislative work in the new year.
The meeting requested that industry legislation in 2017 should continue to highlight key points, attach importance to the quality of legislation, pay equal attention to progress and legislative quality, and evaluate the key projects included in the plan
.
According to the arrangement, civil aviation will carry out 21 laws, regulations and rules formulation and revision projects in 2017, including cooperating with relevant departments to continue to promote the revision of the Civil Aviation Law, promote the revision of the Civil Aviation Safety and Security Regulations, the formulation of the Civil Aviation Flight Standards Management Regulations, and carry out the formulation and revision of a number of civil aviation regulations
.
The relevant content covers a wide range, including flight operation, airworthiness management, airport safety, air traffic control equipment, network security and other areas directly related to the improvement of aviation safety systems, as well as hot areas
of economic management such as investment access, transportation rules, and general aviation.
Recently, the 2017 CAAC annual legislative plan and the new legislative planning project list will be officially issued, and the industry's five-year legislative plan will be fully implemented
