Recently, the State Administration of Quality Supervision announced the results of the national supervision and random inspection of thermal coal product quality in the second quarter of 2015, among the 18 liters and 87 batches of thermal coal products inspected, 13 batches of products did not meet the requirements of the standard, and the detection rate of unqualified products was 14.

This quality inspection carried out random inspection
of thermal coal products of 87 enterprises in 18 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, including Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia.
Eight items including ash, total sulfur, mercury, arsenic, phosphorus, chlorine, fluorine, and calorific value of power coal products were tested

The results of the spot check showed that the main unqualified item of thermal coal product quality was fluorine, and 12 batches of 13 batches of unqualified products failed the project

In addition, 2 batches of product ash projects were unqualified, and 2 batches of product total sulfur projects were unqualified
