On May 18, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that, upon receipt of the Office Memorandum issued by the Ministry of Finance on the same day, the Ministry of Finance did not accept its claims on February 1, 2022 that it originated in or imported from China, South Korea, Vietnam, The final recommendation made by Elastomeric Filament Yarn in Taiwan, China decided to terminate the current anti-dumping measures against the above countries and regio.

On January 27, 2016, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement to initiate anti-dumping investigations on elastic yarns originating in or imported from China, South Korea, Vietnam, and Taiwan, Chi.
