5 Inspection rules
5.
5.
The type inspection items are the appearance and all the items specified in Table 1, and the type inspection shall be carried out at least once in three months under normal conditions
a) The main raw materials have changed;
b) When there are major changes in the process, which may affect the performance of the product;
c) When production resumes after a long-term suspension of production;
d) There is a big difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection;
e) Contract stipulations
5.
The factory inspection items are the appearance and the isopropanol content, color, density, water miscibility test, moisture, acid content and sulfide in Table 1, which should be inspected batch by batch
5.
The products are packed in storage tanks, with each storage tank as a batch
5.
The number of industrial isopropanol sampling units is determined according to the provisions of 7.
5.
The inspection results are determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1250.
5.
Industrial isopropanol should be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the production plant
6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.
6.
6.
3 Avoid sunlight and collision when transporting industrial isopropanol
.
When filling, pay attention to the flow rate (not more than 3m/s), and there is a grounding device
.
6.
4 Industrial isopropanol should be stored in a dry, clean and ventilated warehouse, and should not be stacked in the open or near fire, heat, and oxidants
.
7 Security
7.
1 Industrial isopropanol is a transparent liquid with a mixed odor similar to ethanol and acetone.
It has a flash point of 12°C, a self-ignition temperature of 399°C, and an explosion limit of 2.
0%~12.
7% (volume fraction)
.
It can react violently with oxidants
.
Its vapor is heavier than air and can diffuse to a considerable distance in a lower place
.
In case of high heat, the internal pressure of the container will increase and there is a danger of cracking and explosion
.
7.
2 Exposure to high-concentration catty alcohol vapor can cause headaches, drowsiness, and eye, nose, and throat irritation
.
Oral administration can cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, drowsiness, coma and all deaths.
Long-term skin contact can cause dryness and chapped skin
.
7.
3 When the skin comes in contact with isopropanol, remove contaminated clothing, wash thoroughly with soapy water and clean water; immediately open the upper and lower eyelids when contact with eyes, rinse with running water or normal saline for 15 minutes, and seek medical advice; if inhaled isopropanol, leave the scene quickly To fresh air: keep the respiratory tract unobstructed: give oxygen when breathing is difficult; when breathing stops, give artificial respiration immediately, and seek medical attention; those who take isopropyl alcohol by mistake should rinse mouth immediately, drink enough warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention
