    6.
    5 Expression of analysis results

    The acidity expressed in mass percentage x 2 ( calculated as acetic acid ), calculated according to formula (2):

    Where: c— the actual concentration of sodium hydroxide standard titration solution, mol/L;

    V 1 —The volume of sodium hydroxide standard titration solution consumed by titration, mL;

    V 2 —The volume of the sample, mL;

    pt—The density of the sample, g/cm3;

    0.
    060— The mass of acetic acid expressed in grams equivalent to 1.
    00mL sodium hydroxide standard titration solution [c(NaOH)=1.

    5 Inspection rules

    5.
    1 Industrial n-butanol is inspected by the quality supervision department of the production plant
    .
    The manufacturer shall ensure that all manufactured products meet the requirements of this standard
    .
    Each batch of products should be accompanied by a certificate of quality of a certain format, which includes: production plant name and address, product name, lot number, grade, net weight and standard number and so on
    .

    5.
    2 For barreled products, a batch of products filled at the same time
    .
    For tanker-loaded products, each tanker-loaded product is a batch
    .

    5.
    3 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6678-1986 6.
    6.
    1 and GB/T6680.
    The total sampling volume shall not be less than 2L, and shall be divided into two dry and clean glass bottles with ground stoppers
    .
    Paste a label on the bottle, indicating: product name, manufacturer name, sampling date and name of the person who took the sample
    .
    One bottle is used for quality inspection, and the other bottle is sealed and stored for one month for inspection
    .

    5.
    4 The user shall check the received industrial n-butanol according to the provisions of this standard, and check whether it meets the provisions of this standard
    .

    5.
    5 The boiling range is a product control item of fermentation method, and the content of n-butanol is a product control item of synthetic method
    .

    5.
    6 The test result is judged according to GB/T1250 rounding value comparison method
    .
    If one indicator of the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be sampled and inspected again from twice the number of packages.
    Even if only one indicator does not meet the requirements of this standard, the whole batch of products will be unqualified
    .

    5.
    7 The items listed in this standard are all type inspection items, of which 7 items including chromaticity, density, boiling range, n-butanol content, sulfuric acid color test, acidity, and moisture are ex-factory inspection items
