The volume water of the torch tube is mainly due to the condensate separated from the low-pressure gas discharged from each device and the three-way steam condensate from the torch head.
Especially in the autumn and winter when the temperature is low, a large amount of condensate is discharged from the torch head into the barrel.
If manual dehydration is not carried out in time, it is easy to cause the manual dehydration valve to be blocked; if the volume of the cylinder is too high, the flare system will be blocked, which will seriously affect the safe production of the device
.
In response to this problem, the workshop has carried out technical analysis on the volume water problem of the torch tube many times, and decided to implement a technical modification of the tube body, which is to install a prefabricated water seal tube under the original manual dehydration pipeline.
The technician uses the water seal principle to seal the water tube.
The pressure is set to 3kPa
.
In this way, the low-pressure gas from each device can be effectively sealed, and the volume water of the torch tube can also automatically overflow through the water sealing tube
In addition, the workshop also added a pipeline at the bottom of the water seal cylinder, and added a heating line inside it to achieve regular cleaning and emptying of the cylinder to ensure normal operation under low temperature conditions in winter
.
