Recently, Spanish PV inverter manufacturer Ingeteam is supplying its "INGECON SUN" PowerMax B series 1500 Vdc central inverter with a total capacity of 620MW
to five large solar power plants in Australia.
Ingeteam said the supply contract includes 377 1500Vdc inverters, as well as 80 medium-voltage power stations
.
In addition, the company will also supply three photovoltaic inverters, LV/MV transformers, medium voltage switchgear, auxiliary service transformers and low-voltage distribution boards
.
A further 47 power stations and three PV inverters, LV/MV transformers, medium voltage switchgear, ancillary service transformers and low-voltage switchboards of the INGECON SUN CON40 series, all installed in 40-foot containers, will also be supplied to the Australian project

Ingeteam said it had reached the milestone
of more than 1GW of order capacity five years after entering the Australian market.
