    Innergex Renewable Energy has acquired a 315 MW DC solar project
    in Winkler County, Texas, from Longroad Energy Partners, LLC.

    A full construction notice was issued last week and commercial operations
    should be achieved in the third quarter of 2019.
    The non-recourse construction of the project, the financial settlement of term debt and tax equity financing have also been reached

    Innergex's President and CEO said, "We are very much looking forward to achieving a breakthrough
    on our largest solar project to date.
    I am confident that our experience and expertise in developing and managing renewable energy projects will ensure the successful completion of the Phoebe project and demonstrate our commitment to developing our diversified asset portfolio
