Tongde Kechuang PBAT new material industry chain integration project mainly includes 2x120,000 tons/year 1,4-butanediol (BD0), 60,000 tons/year polyadipate/butylene terephthalate (PBAT) ) and other biodegradable new materials are expected to be completed and put into production in 2022

signed a cooperation agreement on a fully biodegradable plastic production project.
The project has a total investment of 3.
6 billion yuan, covers an area of 800 acres, and has an annual output of 500,000 tons of thermoplastic Biodegradable plastic raw material 1,4-butanol, 120,000 tons of thermoplastic biodegradable plastic PBAT

It will be constructed in two phases.
The first phase has a scale of 60,000 tons of degradable plastic PBAT and 240,000 tons of degradable plastic raw material 1,4-butanediol

On April 19th, the 2021 project concentrated groundbreaking ceremony in Yuanping City and the Shanxi Tongde Kechuang full biodegradable plastic production project were held at the site of Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone
