Sinochem News News on August 25th, INVISTA Nylon Chemicals (China) Co.

INVISTA said that through this expansion, it hopes to meet the growing demand for high-performance engineering plastics in downstream applications such as automobiles, electronics and electrical appliances with a total production capacity of 400,000 tons of nylon 6,6 polymer products

Data show that by 2029, the global compound annual growth rate of nylon 6,6 is about 2%, of which the compound annual growth rate of the Chinese market is about 4%

It is reported that INVISTA is currently continuing to promote the construction of the adiponitrile production base and the Asia-Pacific research and innovation center to improve the value chain of INVISTA nylon 6,6 with more complete integrated production and services

On June 18, INVISTA Nylon Chemicals (China) Co.

As INVISTA's largest investment project in history, the total investment of the adiponitrile production base in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park is expected to exceed US$1 billion, and construction has started in June 2020
