Linde Korea, a member of the Linde Group, which acquires part of Air Liquide Korea's business, has announced that it has completed the acquisition
of Air Liquide Korea's
general industrial and electronic gas on-site gas and liquid bulk gas businesses.
The acquisition agreement covers a total of 10 sites, further expanding Linde's operations in Korea and complementing
Linde's existing products and services.
The acquisition of the liquid bulk gases business is also in line with Linde's current development strategy
of building a local gas supply network for liquefied gases and expanding its customer base.
The acquisition also underlines the Linde Group's focus on meeting the demand for industrial gas products from its customers in the electronics, chemicals and manufacturing industries

Under the agreement, Linde Korea has completed the acquisition of Air Liquide Korea's general industrial and electronic gas on-site gas production and liquid bulk gas businesses, including on-site installations, storage tanks and related storage equipment at the operations involved

In addition, the relevant customer contracts have been transferred to Linde Korea, and Air Liquide Korea employees will also be transferred to Linde Korea to continue to be responsible for plant operations and customer service
