Daqing refinery condensate is recycled and reused

The third polyacrylamide workshop of Daqing Refining and Chemical Polymer Plant No.
1 has recently implemented the transformation
of the hydrolysis machine jacketed water fire steam condensate recovery and reuse process pipeline.
After the renovation, the hot water tank can discharge 15 tons of steam condensate per day, so that the exhaust gas recovery device can save 15 tons of
fresh water per day.
In the production of salt-resistant products, the workshop uses 1.
0MPa fire steam for the hydrolysis machine jacket water heating, steam condensate when heating the liquid level of the hot water tank rises, when the liquid level of the hot water tank is higher than the process operating conditions, it is necessary to discharge the water in the hot water tank from the heat exchanger to meet the process production requirements, so that a part of the water resources
are wasted.
To this end, the workshop welds a return pipeline on the return line of the 3# hydrolysis machine on the first line and connects it to the washing circulation tower of the exhaust gas return device, which is used for the pretreatment washing cycle absorption of the exhaust gas device circulation tower, so as to realize the recovery and reuse
of condensate.
