Recently, the key scientific and technological research project of Jilin Province undertaken by the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences "R&D and industrialization of key monomers of flexible electronic substrate film materials" passed the expert acceptance
organized by the Science and Technology Department of Jilin Province 。 Starting from the market demand for high-performance polyimide substrate film materials in the field of flexible electronics and flexible OLED display, the project team systematically studied the structure-activity relationship between monomer structure and substrate film material properties by taking advantage of the foundation and advantages of Changchun Applied Chemical Institute in structural design and synthesis process development, developed a series of high-performance polyimide substrate film materials containing pyridine and pyrimidinediamide, and developed a low-cost synthesis route
for such key diamine monomers.

The project broke through the large-scale production process technology of key diamine monomers, built a pilot production line of key monomers, and realized its large-scale production; The purity of the monomers reached more than
