China's first quartz glass substrate production line was completed
a few days ago, based on the green manufacturing technology of quartz glass substrate for lithography (hereinafter referred to as quartz glass substrate), the Quartz Institute of Building Materials General Institute established the first domestic complete production line from substrate raw material manufacturing to product processing in Quzhou, which can produce 20,000 pieces of 4~6 inch quartz glass substrate per year, breaking the situation
of long-term dependence on imports of quartz glass substrate raw materials and products.

Through unremitting efforts, the researchers of the Quartz Institute of Building Materials have formed a set of unique process routes in line with the current situation and development trend of China's industry, which not only solves the problem of purity and uniformity of quartz glass substrate raw materials, but also realizes the green manufacturing of raw materials; The introduction of multi-knife cutting, safe and rapid grinding and polishing process, creative development of fusion drawing blank, CNC chamfering and other technologies, to solve the problem
of quartz glass substrate processing accuracy.
