Total Energies acquires a portion of Clearway

Total Energies announced an agreement with Global Infrastructure Partner (GIP) to acquire a 50% stake
in Clearway Energy Group, the fifth-largest renewable energy company in the United States.

This is TotalEnergies' largest acquisition
of renewable energy assets in the United States.
The acquisition brings Total Energy's renewable energy portfolio to more than 25GW in the U.

exceeding the company's global installed capacity by 25% in the United States.

The transaction will complement TotalEnergies' existing projects in the United States, including: in the field of large-scale solar power generation, Total Energies first acquired several SunChase projects; Later, it partnered with Hanwha Energy; It recently acquired Core Solar; The projects currently under development have an installed capacity of 8GW.

In the offshore wind sector, after a successful bid, Total Energies will develop a total of 4GW of power generation projects
