A few days ago, the overall heat treatment technology of horizontal internal combustion method of ultra-thick and extra-large containers developed by Northeast Engineering Jilin Yaxin Testing Company won the first prize of scientific and technological innovation achievements in chemical engineering construction of China Chemical Construction Enterprise Association

It is understood that this technology can effectively solve the technical problems of uneven temperature field during the construction of horizontal integral heat treatment of large containers with ultra-thick walls, super large diameters and super long heights, and has created a number of construction records such as large wall thickness, high weight and large diameter of the overall heat treatment construction of domestic large containers by horizontal internal combustion method, which is at the leading level
in China.
The company has successfully completed the overall heat treatment construction of
more than 30 large containers such as crystallizers, propylene towers, hydrogenation reactors, and depropane towers using this technology.
