LG Energy Solutions signs lithium hydroxide supply agreement

LG Energy Solutions, a subsidiary of LG Chem, announced that it has signed a binding lithium hydroxide supply agreement
with Australian lithium miner Vulcan Energy Resources.

Under the agreement, Vulcan Energy Resources will supply battery-grade lithium
hydroxide to LG Energy Solutions.
LG Energy Solutions said it would purchase 5,000 tons of battery-grade lithium hydroxide in the first year of the agreement and 10,000 tons
per year thereafter.
Vulcan Energy Resources said the deal with LG Energy Solutions is expected to be finalized
by the end of November this year.
The agreement was initially for a period of 5 years, but could be extended for another 5 years
