    Dow and Saudi Aramco sign memorandum of understanding on restructuring Sadara On August 28, Dow and Saudi Aramco announced the signing of a non-legally binding memorandum of
    understanding (MOU) setting out Dow's additional
    15 percent stake in Sadara Chemical, a joint venture between the two companies, from Saudi Aramco.
    The current distribution of Sadara is 65% for Saudi Aramco and 35%
    for Dow.
    After the transaction, Dow and Saudi Aramco will each own 50 percent of Sadara
