DuPont acquired BASF's ultrafiltration membrane business BASF and DuPont's Safety and Construction division announced on September 24 that they have signed an agreement to sell their ultrafiltration membrane business
to DuPont
.
The transaction is subject to review and approval by the relevant authorities and is expected to close
by the end of 2019.

The scope of BASF's divestiture includes a stake in Yinge GmbH, the international sales team responsible for the related business, the business headquarters and production site in Greffenberg, Germany, and the related intellectual property
currently owned by BASF SE.
The parties did not disclose financial details
of the transaction.
