    A new straw-to-biogas power generation system was put into operation

    Recently, the new straw preparation biogas (biogas) power generation pilot system developed by the Energy and Chemical Industry Laboratory of the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the enterprise has been in operation smoothly for half a month

    The project uses rice straw and other biomass as raw materials, liquefaction by chemical methods, fermentation by liquid feeding, and develops high-efficiency liquefaction hydrolysis technology of straw and high-efficiency fermentation of straw to produce biogas
    。 The system overcomes the problems of long fermentation cycle of straw solid/semi-solid feed fermentation to produce biogas (biogas), low mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency, low biogas yield, difficult to scale up the production scale, and easy acidification of the fermentation process, greatly improves the gas production rate and volumetric gas production rate of straw fermentation, and successfully realizes the gas production on the same day feeding, laying a foundation
    for the high-efficiency and large-scale development and utilization of cellulose biomass such as straw.
