A breakthrough has been made in the remanufacturing of oil waste tubing

China's independent research and development of waste tubing remanufacturing technology and cermet composite tubing have passed the appraisal
of achievements organized by the Chinese Society of Corrosion and Protection.

In view of the problem of generating 700,000 tons of waste tubing in China's oilfields every year, most petroleum equipment remanufacturing companies in Ningxia have successfully developed a series of waste tubing remanufacturing technology on the basis of the research and development of the national "863" project, using self-spreading ceramic lined composite steel pipe technology

After system testing, the technical indicators of anti-corrosion, wear resistance, anti-scaling, crushing strength and other technical indicators of remanufactured tubing have reached the international leading level
.
The application of 7 years and more than 10,000 tons at oilfield sites such as Jilin, Changqing and Shengli shows that the service life of remanufactured tubing is more than
5 times that of ordinary tubing.

At present, the pipeline in China's oilfield reaches 7 million tons, and about 700,000 tons
of waste tubing are generated every year.
According to experts, according to the 80% reengineering rate of waste tubing, the country can recreate more than 500,000 tons every year, and can save tens of billions of yuan
of investment every year.
