Cabot has announced a change in
its executive management team
.
The following organizational changes will take effect
immediately.

In addition to his current role, Jeff Zhu, senior vice president and president of Asia Pacific, Cabot will serve as president of the global performance materials business, responsible for leading the global specialty
carbon black, fumed metal oxides and aerogels.
In addition, Jay Doubman will step down as senior vice president and president of the Performance Materials business to pursue other career opportunities
