The implementation of this demonstration project puts forward new development ideas and directions
for large-scale solution of environmental pollution of coal gangue in Shanxi Province and improving its economic utilization value.
For many years, the utilization of coal gangue resources has mostly taken the utilization of raw material components as the starting point of application technology, but due to the large differences in the composition of gangue in different regions, different mines and different geological layers, most of the technologies and processes are seriously restricted
due to component changes.
The project uses low-grade coal gangue as raw material and uses its own patented technology to produce ceramic polyhollow ball products on a large scale, avoiding the impact
of component changes in the utilization of coal gangue.
As a new type of hollow basic material, ceramic polyhollow ball can be widely used in aerospace, aviation, military, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, highway, building materials, fire resistance and heat preservation, water and soil conservation, desert treatment and other fields, with great
prospects.
At present, the construction of the large-scale production plant of the project has been completed, all the equipment has been installed in place, and the stand-alone trial operation has been carried out, and trial production
will be carried out soon.
