The RTS project will undergo initial calibration

Recently, the initial calibration preparation for diesel ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization (RTS) was held in
Guangzhou Petrochemical.
The RTS technology industrial test project relies on Guangzhou Petrochemical's 1.
2 million tons/year diesel hydrorefining II (B) plant to implement, and the next step will be to carry out 72 hours of initial calibration to assess whether the production capacity, energy consumption indicators and catalyst performance of the device meet the design requirements, and find possible problems
in the process and equipment of the plant.

The project is a joint venture of Guangzhou Petrochemical, Petrochemical Research Institute and Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company, including the addition of circulating hydrogen desulfurization system and diesel deep desulfurization reactor transformation to produce automotive diesel that
meets the quality standards of Euro IV.
