Daqing Petrochemical successfully developed automotive fuel tank material

Recently, Daqing Petrochemical Company successfully developed a new product of DMDA6045 polyethylene for automotive fuel tanks, marking the successful launch of the first batch of automotive fuel tank materials produced by new inorganic chromium-based catalysts and vapor phase fluidized bed process
in China.

This automotive fuel tank material is a wide molecular weight distribution of single-modal polyethylene products, which has the advantages of
light weight, strong anti-corrosion ability, random shape and high safety.
With excellent mechanical properties and processing properties, the products are widely used in the field of
automotive plastic fuel tank processing.

During the product development process, Daqing Petrochemical Plastics Plant and Daqing Chemical Research Center jointly studied and completed the catalyst screening and determined the operating parameters
.
The quality inspection center is close to the site, using analytical instruments such as density meter and index meter, and insists on analyzing the sample index, flow rate ratio and new product chromaticity once an hour, once every two hours, and the daily analysis frequency reaches more than 200 times
.
At the same time, employees conduct comprehensive and systematic training
on brand switching, production difficulties, risk response and accident emergency.
After 48 hours of repeated debugging and inspection, the first batch of 1,100 tons of new products produced reached the industrial standard

Its successful launch further expanded the market space of Daqing Petrochemical in the field of domestic high-density polyethylene and improved the company's product efficiency ability
