Changchun Applied Chemical Institute two instrument development project acceptance

On August 14, entrusted by the Condition Guarantee and Finance Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Northeast Advanced Manufacturing and Materials Large Instrument Regional Center organized experts to inspect and accept
the development of online ultrafiltration-liquid/MS/MS device and the research of traditional Chinese medicine screening method undertaken by Chun Yinghua, president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the development of multifunctional composite matrix-assisted laser analytical ionization mass spectrometry sample targets.

The development project of online ultrafiltration-liquid/mass spectrometry device is based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument, using ultrafiltration technology, and developing an online ultrafiltration-liquid/mass spectrometry device, which solves the problem that ultrafiltration technology is difficult to combine with high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry instrument, and realizes high-throughput ultrafiltration treatment and online liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis of active ingredient screening of traditional Chinese medicine, and all technical indicators meet the requirements of
    the task statement.
Based on this device, it provides a set of methods for the screening and structural identification of active ingredients for specific diseases, and provides technical support
for the development of the activity of traditional Chinese medicine.

The multifunctional composite matrix-assisted laser analytical ionization mass spectrometry sample target project has developed a new multifunctional composite sample target for matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometer, which functionally makes up for the shortcomings of such instruments in detecting small molecule compounds, expands the quality range of scanning, and innovatively solidifies the matrix on the target, reduces the pretreatment process of the sample, realizes the rapid and accurate detection of low-quality small molecule compounds, and meets the requirements of the implementation plan approval
