that the key technology and industrialization project of high-performance carbon fiber with 1,000-ton high-strength and high-strength medium model dry spray wet spinning jointly undertaken by it and Donghua University and Jiangsu Yingyou Textile Machinery Co.
, Ltd.
has passed the appraisal
of the results organized by the China National Textile and Apparel Council 。 The appraisal expert group composed of Sun Jinliang, Jiang Shicheng, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, etc.
, believes that Zhongfu Shenying took the lead in building a carbon fiber production line based on dry spray wet spinning process, of which the 1,000-ton scale SYT49 (T700 grade) and 100-ton scale SYT55 (T800 grade) production lines have achieved continuous and stable operation, the technical level has reached the domestic lead, and some product performance indicators exceed the level of similar foreign products, which can completely replace imports
