    Recently, Henan Energy and Chemical Industry Group learned that Yima Gasification Plant, a coal gasification company affiliated to the group, took the lead in industrializing CO2 refurnace technology in China to the crushed coal pressurized gasification process, which better solved the drawback
    of low carbon conversion rate in the crushed coal pressurized gasification process.
    To a certain extent, the process improves the carbon utilization efficiency of the gasification reaction, reduces steam consumption, and also reduces CO2 exhaust gas and sewage emissions, with significant
    economic and environmental benefits.

    The CO2 return to the furnace to produce CO can solve the problems
    of low carbon utilization, large steam consumption, high sewage treatment load and waste of carbon resources in the existing coal crushed fixed bed pressurized gasification process.
