The E²C^TM solution is a premixed composite that enables tire manufacturers to produce high-performance tire products
simply and efficiently.
The^E2C^TM solution uses patented technology to pre-mix reinforcing materials into elastomer composites

The solution can be used on existing tire production lines without additional capital investment

This solution requires fewer mixing stages, lower mixing temperatures and shorter mixing cycles than conventional products, which not only significantly reduces tire manufacturing costs, but also increases production efficiency

^E2C^TM has been proven to reduce tire service temperature, significantly extend tire life, and break key performance bottlenecks and limitations in engineered tire design, thereby helping engineering tire users increase transportation capacity, increase yield, and reduce annual tire replacement downtime, thereby generating potential benefits
of up to $150 million per year.
