Dow intends to sell German chemical park infrastructure

Dow intends to sell infrastructure assets in Germany and has included it in a transaction plan
worth 800 million euros ($966 million), according to foreign media recently.
The company will sell the assets and use the cash to invest
    elsewhere.
While Dow will sell the infrastructure of petrochemical plants in Stade, Schkopau and Boehlen in Germany, it will continue to produce plastics at those plants and pay royalties
to owners who purchase the plant.
Dow has sent information to bidders, including KKR, Blackstone, BlackRock, Brookfield Asset Management, Macquarie, First Sentier and DIF Capital Partners
    .
