    ECHA officially released the 8th batch of 54 SVHC substances

    The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has officially released the eighth batch of 54 substances of very high concern (SVHC), and intends to include these substances in the SVHC Candidate List
    of REACH.
    To date, there are 138 substances
    on the SVHC Candidate List of the REACH regulation.

    The 54 substances announced this time were publicly consulted
    last September.
    It is reported that the European Union Member States Commission (MSC) has completed further evaluation and confirmation of 23 of these substances, and the characteristics of these 23 substances meet the determination standards of SVHC, and the remaining 31 substances do not need further confirmation
    .
