Stepan Completes Acquisition of BASF's Mexico Plant
Recently, Stepan Corporation (SCL) has completed the acquisition of BASF's Mexicana SA DE CV surfactant plant in Mexico, as well as the acquisition
of part of BASF's surfactant-related businesses.
