WACKER presents new silane-terminated polymers for high-performance adhesives and WACKER recently launched a new silane-terminated polymer
for binders and sealant formulations
for the Chinese market.
The material formulated with this new binder of GENIOSIL XT is cured to achieve both high tear strength and elasticity
.

Both GENIOSIL XT50 and GENIOSIL XT55 silane-modified polyether products contain high-density cross-linked silane groups, which can form dense three-dimensional network structures
with high elasticity and high strength during curing.
Adhesives and sealants formulated with GENIOSIL XT products are not only strong but also extremely malleable
.
GENIOSIL XT has a low viscosity and therefore also has excellent processability
at low temperatures.

GENIOSIL?XT 50 MODELS IS AVAILABLE TO? Based on Silane technology, tin-free adhesives can be produced for use in home decoration interiors with
high environmental requirements.
It enables tensile strengths up to approx.
9 N/mm2 and tear strengths up to approx.
50 N/mm (ASTM D 624 B-91 measurement standard).
