Italy's Eni Group stopped buying oil from Russia

On March 10, local time, the Italian multinational oil company Eni Group announced that it would stop purchasing oil
from Russia.
The company has suspended new contracts with Russia for the supply of crude oil and petroleum products and will fully comply with the relevant regulations of the European Union and the
Italian government.

Earlier, on the 7th local time, European Commission President von der Leyen and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi met in Brussels, and the two sides said that they were planning further sanctions against Russia and seeking more energy supplies to reduce Europe's dependence on
Russia.
