Sinopec News Network reported on May 10, as the trains carrying the first batch of 730 tons of ethylbenzene slowly entered the station, marking the first time that Jiujiang Petrochemical’s ethylbenzene has been transported by railway into the plant.

In the past, Jiujiang Petrochemical's ethylbenzene entry into the plant mainly relied on road transportation.

In response to the more stringent "Railway Dangerous Goods Transportation Management Regulations" of China National Railway Group Co.

In 2021, after a series of work such as matching the procurement plan and coordinating procurement and transportation matters, ethylbenzene will be transported by rail into the factory for the first time.
