Jiujiang Petrochemical fully launched the largest overhaul

Sinopec News Network reported on April 1, Jiujiang Petrochemical launched the largest scale of inspection and modification, focusing on solving the bottlenecks that restrict the long-term stable operation of the equipment, improving efficiency, and laying the foundation for accelerating transformation and upgrading and promoting high-quality development.

This inspection and modification is the first four-year overhaul of Jiujiang Petrochemical; it is the largest plant-wide inspection and modification since the 8 million tons/year project was put into production and after a complete operation cycle, involving 35 sets of 12 operation departments.

Facing maintenance problems such as high investment intensity, tight construction schedule, wide range of points, multiple coordination work, high quality requirements, and difficult control, Jiujiang Petrochemical planned ahead of time and established the Jiujiang Petrochemical Major Restructuring Organization in 2019.

Jiujiang Petrochemical is actively preparing and improving the overhaul plan.

Professional training institutions were introduced on March 25, and Jiujiang Petrochemical's safety practice training base was temporarily built, and all personnel involved in the inspection, modification, and restructuring were carried out to carry out practical operation and assessment-verified safety training.
