Jushi Chemical acquires 55% equity of Guanzhen Technology

Sinochem News Network reported on November 3 that Jushi Chemical announced that the company had acquired a 55% stake in Guangdong Guanzhen Technology Co.

As of November 3, the company has paid 60 million yuan for the equity transfer, and completed the industrial and commercial change registration of Guanzhen Technology on September 14, 2021.

It is understood that Guanzhen Technology is an enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of hygienic materials such as breathable membranes, breathable composite membranes, water-based inks and protective products, and possesses the key technology to realize the company's production of biodegradable materials

Jushi Chemical said that through this acquisition, the company will merge its wholly-owned subsidiary Jushi Chemical (Changsha) Co.
