Kazakhstan's Minister of Energy Borat said on the 11th local time that Kazakhstan plans to export oil
to Germany through the "friendship" oil transportation pipeline through Russia.

Harbin News Agency quoted Bolat as saying that the plan had been verbally promised by the Russian side
    .
According to him, the first oil exports were 20,000 tons
    .
"We can export 6 million tons
of crude oil to Germany every year.
However, the actual demand in Germany is much
    higher than this amount.

According to previous news, Germany said at the end of last year that it would import oil from Kazakhstan, while no longer importing oil
    from Russia.

On the same day, Kazakh Prime Minister Smailov said that Kazakhstan and Russia are negotiating
cooperation in the field of natural gas.
However, Kazakhstan has not yet received a formal proposal
from Russia and Uzbekistan to establish a three-country gas alliance.
"Bilateral cooperation will be based on commercial principles and mutually beneficial terms, and we look forward to continued communication
with the Russian side on this issue.
    " Smailov said
    .

The Kazakh and Russian presidents discussed the establishment of
a gas alliance during their November 2022 meeting with Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine, neighbors with a common gas transportation system.
Kazakh Deputy Foreign Minister Edarov said that the prospects for the implementation of the gas union initiative will depend on a variety of objective conditions
    .
Under the initiative, the three countries will jointly coordinate the transportation
of natural gas within the territory of the three countries.

Edarov also said that no agreement has been signed on the initiative, and the Russian side has not given any specific details and forms
    of implementation.
At present, the initiative is still only at the conceptual stage
in terms of gas trading collaboration.

According to previous reports, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in an interview with Kazakhstan's "Khabar 24" TV station that the project is not a "political game"
    as the West calls it.
He stressed that the three parties need to use their common advantages to solve practical problems
    in the national interest.
