Kingfa Technology announced that Liaoning Baolai New Materials Co.

It is reported that the company intends to sign the "Investment Agreement on Participating in the Capital Increase of Liaoning Baolai New Materials Co.

After the completion of this capital increase, the company's direct shareholding ratio of Bora New Materials will be reduced from 51.

The announcement shows that the capital increase will be invested in the 600,000 tons/year ABS and its supporting equipment project of Baolai New Materials.
